Deadlines for Pullman and Spokane campuses. Deadlines for other campuses are added, when known, otherwise, contact your campus scheduler for more information.

January 2027 11 Spring 2027 First Day of Classes
11 Spring 2027 Pullman Rule 81 Exams: Processing begins.
17 Fall 2027 Pullman: Fall Initial Proofing Closes: GUCs are removed from sections that are not APPROVED.
18 Fall 2027 Pullman: Room assignment process - GUCs assigned if Facility ID is GUC_PUL or VC_PUL (GUC_EVE/VC_EVE)
22 Spring 2027 Census Day: Last day to submit section updates.
February 2027 1 Fall 2027 Pullman: Fall Final Proofing Opens: Check room assignments and request room changes.
8 Spring 2027 Pullman: Final Exams start to get added in myWSU
24 Fall 2027 Pullman: Fall Final Proofing Closes: updates after this date may not be processed by the time SOC goes live. Changes requested after this date should allow a few days for processing.
March 2027 2 Fall 2027 Schedule of Classes is available - most campuses
2 Fall 2027 Pullman Rule 80 Exams: Processing begins
8 Summer 2027 Priority Registration Opens
April 2027 12 Fall 2027 Priority Registration begins
TBD May/June 2027 Spring 2028 All Campuses: Roll Spring 2027 to Spring 2028 (copy/clone term) Pullman rooms are rolled, though will be removed when room utilization is not at least 67%.
 
May 2026 4 Spring 2026 Final Exam Week begins
8 Spring 2027 Final Exam schedule - Block Exam requests/changes are DUE.
11 Summer 2026 First Day of Classes
June 2026 1 Spring 2027 Pullman/Global/Spokane: Spring Initial Proofing Opens: Sections that wish to keep a rolled GUC, or that need a GUC, must be approved during Initial Proofing. Otherwise, sections need to be approved by the end of Final Proofing to be visible when Schedule of Classes goes live on October 1. 
July 2026 1 Fall 2026 Week of Welcome event room requests due in 25Live.
12 Spring 2027 Pullman/Spokane: Spring Initial Proofing Closes: GUCs are removed from sections that are not APPROVED. Department rooms are not removed.
13 Spring 2027 Pullman/Spokane: Room assignment process - GUCs are assigned if Facility ID is GUC_PUL or VC_PUL.
27 Spring 2027 Pullman/Global/Spokane: Spring Final Proofing OPENS - Check room assignments and request room changes. 
August 2026 24 Fall 2026 First Day of Classes
24 Fall 2026 Pullman Rule 81 Exams: Processing begins
