Update an existing Instructor
When an existing instructor or TA needs access to a new subject or campus, the Instructor/Advisor Table needs to be updated to add the employee to the list of available instructors. Administrative Support and other non-teaching roles are added to Canvas using Maintain LMS Users.
- BEST ACCESS: Find the Instructor/Advisor Table from Maintain Schedule of Classes using the Related Content dropdown on the top right of the screen next to "New Window | Help | Personalize Page".
1. Add a new row on the first tab
2. Add or delete subjects/campus information on second tab
3. Check date, SAVE, update MSC
Admin Support role retired Fall 2022
Add Administrative Support, Tutor, Mentor, and Student (Incomplete) using Maintain LMS Users. Access to approve grades for support personnel is granted through role WSU CS SR59 Enter Grades by subject.
