Instructions for sorting the chart
This SmartSheet can be sorted or filtered, much as you might do in Excel. Hover in the cell under the column title and select the arrow that appears. You will be able to select sorting options. There are shared filters available for filtering by room characteristics, table, and/or seat codes. The print icon will allow you to print the sheet. You may download the underlying sheet by hovering over the three dots next to (View Only) and selecting Export.
Overview of Adjusted Capacities
Environmental Health and Safety establishes maximum capacities for Pullman General University Classrooms (GUCs) based on current state & county requirements. These capacities are used for room scheduling. The capacities were determined by measuring the facility and do not conform to a specific percentage of the original capacity. Fall 2021 is using the original room capacities.
Some Rooms Are Not Recommended
Some GUCs are not recommended for use because of air capacity issues with the HVAC. While these rooms can technically be utilized, the recommendation is to open the windows. The chart below lists those GUC spaces with a 0 Capacity in the chart below.
