What is Schedule Builder?
Schedule Builder refers set of applications within myWSU used to process changes to the Schedule of Classes. Schedulers will also use 25Live, a separate web-application used to display available rooms and the university space calendar. Information in obtaining access to the applications and training is located on our Access and Training page.
The Schedule Builder applications
25Live Pro
25Live is used to schedule exams, request space for credit- and non-credit-bearing events, and to schedule video conference spaces. Each campus has an instance of 25Live and anyone with a Network ID (NID) has access to 25Live as a requestor. Spaces are approved by the Campus Event Scheduler or Department Approver.
Reserve Capacity Requests
Term Code
The term code is determined by the year of the term plus a term identifier. The code must be 4 digits long, so the first 0 is left off for terms in the years 2000s and the 9 is left off for terms in the 1900s.

- Spring: 3
- Summer: 5
- Fall: 7
Example Term Codes
Term Year - the 2nd digit + term identifier
- Fall 2021: 2021 - 2nd digit (0) = 221 + identifier (7) = 2217
- Spring 2022: 2022 - 2nd digit (0) = 222 + identifier (3) = 2223
- Summer 2023: 2023 - 2nd digit (0) = 223 + identifier (5) = 2225
- Fall 1982: 1982 - 2nd digit (9) = 182 + identifier (7) = 1827
