Scheduling a Rule 80 or Rule 81 Exam

Common and Out-of-class examinations are scheduled using 25Live. Exam requests will be approved if the room is available and the request meets the criteria outlined in the Academic Regulations. Specific information regarding each type of exam is provided on the Rule 80 and Rule 81 pages. Final Exams are not scheduled in 25Live. Final Exam requests are submitted in myWSU through Maintain Schedule of Classes. More information is provided on the Final Exam page.

Using 25Live Pro

Links to 25Live Pro for each campus are located in the sidebar of the Site Home. PDF instructions for scheduling an event are also in the sidebar.

25Live Pro Tips for Exam Scheduling

If you are scheduling more than one exam for the same course, use AD HOC Repeats to choose the dates.
Select exam times that are within the approved time blocks.
You will not receive a confirmation email until the exam event has been confirmed.
You can view your requested/scheduled events in the 25Live dashboard by selecting "25Live Pro" in the red header then looking for "Your Upcoming Events" or "Your Draft Events".
You can edit the exam request while it is in DRAFT. Once it has been confirmed, email the Campus Scheduler if changes are required.
